Non-Furniture Items:
  • For customers located in Gauteng, expect a shipping time of 1 to 2 business days.
  • For customers in outlying areas of Gauteng, such as farms, plots, or rural locations, the shipping time is slightly extended to 2 to 3 business days.
  • For all other locations within South Africa, the shipping time is 4 to 5 business days.
  • For customers in outlying areas of the rest of South Africa, including farms, plots, or rural locations, the shipping time remains 4 to 5 business days.
Furniture Items:
  • For customers located in Gauteng, expect a shipping time of 5 to 10 business days.
  • For customers in outlying areas of Gauteng, such as farms, plots, or rural locations, the shipping time is extended to 10 to 15 business days.
  • For all other locations within South Africa, the shipping time ranges from 13 to 20 business days.
  • For customers in outlying areas of the rest of South Africa, including farms, plots, or rural locations, the shipping time is 15 to 20 business days.

Upon placing an order, an invoice will be promptly sent to the email address associated with your account. Additionally, you may access and review your order history in your account profile.

For customers located outside of Johannesburg, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account once the order is dispatched. Please note that orders within or around Johannesburg may not receive tracking numbers, as our staff personally handles these deliveries.

To review your past orders, simply login to your account portal at https://badoodoo.co.za/account using the email address and password you registered with at Badoodoo.co.za (https://badoodoo.co.za/account/login). Additionally, invoices for all orders placed with us are sent to the email address associated with your account.

In case you have forgotten your account password, simply visit https://badoodoo.co.za/account/login and select the "Lost your password?" option located above the "Sign In" button. You will be prompted to enter the email associated with your account, and a password reset link will be sent to your email address shortly.

Yes, after receiving your order, kindly email info@badoodoo.co.za, providing your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If you need to modify the delivery address for your order, kindly email info@badoodoo.co.za with the order number and the updated address. Please be aware that this can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Upon receiving the damaged item, kindly forward an email to info@badoodoo.co.za, attaching images. Damaged furniture items will be collected by us, and we will repair or replace the item based on the extent of the damage.

Items are eligible for return, provided that the product(s) remain unopened. To initiate the return process, please email info@badoodoo.co.za, and we will gladly assist you.

Items may be exchanged for those of equal or lesser value, provided that the product(s) remain unopened. To initiate the exchange process, please email info@badoodoo.co.za.

Depending on your bank, refunds may require up to 7 business days to process and reflect in your account.

Should you wish to delete your Badoodoo account, kindly initiate the account deletion process by emailing us at info@badoodoo.co.za.
