Non-Furniture Items:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unopened and unused non-furniture items may be returned for a refund or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.
To initiate a return, please email info@badoodoo.co.za, and our team will gladly assist you with the process.
Dog Beds:
Every Badoodoo Bed is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. Should your bed arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@badoodoo.co.za and including clear photographs of the affected item.
Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, although processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Please note that where a return is requested for reasons other than damage, defect or an incorrect item being supplied, any return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
